Dr Jayne Forrester-Paton is an advanced menopause specialist accredited by the British Menopause Society who provides personal, holistic care for perimenopause and menopause. Her practice offers evidence-based consultations and treatments in two accessible locations—in Cardiff at the Cathedral Road clinic and in Penarth at the Wellfield Clinic—as well as remotely via telephone or video link. Patients can expect an initial 45-minute consultation to thoroughly discuss symptoms, concerns, and medical history, with follow-up consultations available for ongoing care and prescription management (minimum one annual appointment for continued prescriptions).
