Shrewsbury Road Health Centre provides a phlebotomy service for blood testing by appointment only. The centre offers a dedicated diabetic phlebotomy room and takes blood from children aged 4 years and older. Appointments are managed through an online Swiftqueue system, which streamlines the process by eliminating the need to wait in a traditional waiting room. For those unable to use the online booking, assistance is available via a helpdesk hotline from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday. The centre, located at 306 Shrewsbury Road, London, E7 8QP, is part of a network of four phlebotomy services across the borough, alongside Centre Manor Park, Appleby Health Centre, and Vicarage Lane Health Centre. Operating hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 15:30 and Saturday from 8:00 to 12:30, excluding Bank Holidays. The phlebotomy team is led by Phlebotomy Manager Jacqui Birkett with support from Interim Deputy Director Joanna Raphael.
